Problems Using the League App or Website
If you find that the League app or website isn’t functioning correctly, or if you encounter difficulties while engaging in activities, consider the following troubleshooting suggestions.
Update the League App
It’s always a good idea to have the latest version of the League app. If you’re operating on an older iteration, please download the most recent update.
Simply search for “League Better Benefits” in the App Store or Google Play Store and update the app. Once the download is complete, reopen the app and log in once again.
Delete and Reinstall the League App
Another effective method is to uninstall the League app from your device. Afterward, search “League Better Benefits” once more in the App Store or Google Play Store to download the latest version. Once reinstalled, open the app and sign into your account.
Verify Your Internet or Data Connection
The League app or the website may not be accessible if there’s an issue connecting to the internet or mobile data. Make sure your device is connected to the internet or has a stable data signal. If you’re experiencing connectivity problems, consider reaching out to your internet or mobile service provider. Remember, the League app and website will not function without an active connection.
Log Out of Your League Account
This may sound simple, but it can be surprisingly effective! Start by signing out of your League account. Then, close the app or the website entirely on your device. Upon reopening, attempt to log back in. This small step might resolve any loading issues you were encountering.
Restart Your Device
One of the classic troubleshooting methods! Power down your computer or phone, wait a few moments, then turn it back on and try logging into your League account through the app or website again.
Switch Browsers
For those accessing the League website, note that it generally performs best on Google Chrome. If you’re facing difficulties on browsers like Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox, we suggest switching to Google Chrome whenever possible. Should you already be using Chrome, consider testing in an incognito window.
Issues Accessing Your League Account
If you’re unable to log in to your League account or reset your password, here are some steps you can take.
Issue 1: League Doesn’t Recognize Your Email Address or Password
Solution:
- Ensure you’re entering the correct email and password.
- Double-check for any typos in your email address or password.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the prompts to reset it.
Issue 2: You No Longer Have Access to the Email Linked to Your League Account
Solution:
- If you haven’t used “Sign in with Google” and remember your password: You should still be able to access your account with your previous email address. After logging in, navigate to your profile to update your account’s email address.
- If you haven’t used “Sign in with Google” but forgot your password: You can still reset your password and gain access (you don’t require access to your old email). After resetting, update your profile with a new email address.
- If you use “Sign in with Google”: Reach out to help@league.com and outline your troubles. Our Member Support team will request some information to confirm your identity before assisting you in changing the email connected to your account.
Issue 3: Not Receiving Your Verification Code
Solution:
If you’ve altered your phone number lately, the verification code might have been sent to your old number. Send an email to help@league.com describing your situation. Our Member Support team will ask for details to confirm your identity, and once verified, they will update your account with your new phone number.
