This Wednesday, September 16, the release of the new Harry Potter video game titled “Hogwarts Legacy” was announced and unveiled with a trailer.
For two years, rumors have circulated about the new Harry Potter game. Finally, its release was officially announced at a Sony conference dedicated to the PlayStation 5 on Wednesday, September 16.

The game was developed by Warner Bros Games and the Avalanche studio.
An open and immersive world
Thanks to this new game, players will be able to play as a wizard that they have previously personalized. The open world will allow you to travel to iconic locations from the series such as the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft, the Forbidden Forest and the village of Hogsmeade.

It will be possible to learn spells, make choices that will affect the outside world, fight against evil wizards and ride magical creatures.

Hogwarts in the 1800s
However, no character from the saga will be present since the story will take place in 1800, long before the birth of the famous wizards.

The game’s release is announced in 2021, at least on PlayStation 5.
