This evening, “Love is in the meadow” returns on M6. This new season will be different from the others as it was filmed during the Covid-19 epidemic, which has led to several changes.
Season 15 of “Love is in the Meadow” begins tonight and will feature 13 farmers who will go in search of love, including 11 men and 2 women.

However, this new adventure took place during the Covid-19 pandemic, and production had to adapt in order to allow romantic encounters while respecting health measures.
Barrier gestures during speed-dating
It is the first stage of the romantic encounter that has been most impacted by the coronavirus crisis. During the speed-dating, the candidates will have to greet each other with “elbow checks” and keep at a distance of 1.50m from each other. Hydroalcoholic gel will also be made available.

This step will be the first that viewers will discover since from now on, mail will be opened directly to farmers. Another novelty: during the speed-dating, Karine Le Marchand will be present to support and advise candidates.
The participants of L’Amour est dans le pré have been tested
Once the farmers chose their suitors, touch gestures were allowed. But previously, all of the candidates have been tested for coronavirus.
“We tested them and the teams, and even if there is no zero risk, we did everything to maintain maximum sanitary conditions, ensuring that there were no cases of Covid “, said Déborah Huet, the producer of the show.
The negative tests allowed the suitors to be able to be together normally, to touch and kiss.

Despite an unusual start, this season will therefore be almost like the others, and Karine le Marchand has promised surprises.
“The new edit is much more feudal, it’s much less formatted. For 14 seasons, we expected what was going to happen. There we no longer know, people will change and we will not see some again before several episodes “, confided the presenter.
See you tonight at 9:05 pm on M6 to discover this special new season.
