This weekend, actor Shia Labeouf found himself at the heart of a big controversy. His ex-partner, FKA Twigs, and singer Sia, accuse him of psychological and sexual violence.

On Friday, December 11, British singer FKA Twigs filed a complaint against actor Shia Labeouf, with whom she was in a relationship from 2018 to 2019.
“He put me lower than the earth”
The artist, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, accuses his former partner of repeated physical, psychological and sexual violence:

In the complaint, she claimed to have been brutalized throughout her relationship. According to him, Shia Labeouf even tried to suffocate him during his sleep.
Jealous and possessive, the American comedian couldn’t stand her talking to other men and forcing him to sleep naked. FKA Twigs also revealed that he purposely transmitted a sexually transmitted disease to her.

Sia, emotionally abused by the actor
Following this spate of revelations, FKA Twigs received a surge of support on social media, most notably from singer Sia.
In a tweet, published this Sunday, the interpreter of Candlestick revealed that she, too, was abused and manipulated by the actor: ” I was also hurt emotionally by Shia, who is a pathological liar, who dragged me into an adulterous relationship by pretending to be single. “, she wrote.
