Steve Knight, the creator of the series “Peaky Blinders” confided to the microphone of the BBC that he has finally finished writing the script for season 6.
It is certainly one of the most watched series of the moment. The tribulations of the Shelby family in interwar England took a real political turn in season 5 of Peaky Blinders with the introduction of the character of Oswald Mosley, played by the excellent Sam Claflin.

The latter was a powerful political leader, a symbol of the rise of the extreme right in England. In Season 5, he forged ties with Thomas Shelby before the latter tried, in vain, to assassinate him during a public speech.
As a result, the opposition between the boss of the Shelby clan and his new antagonist is likely to increase in tension during season 6. A sixth season that Steve Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, has announced that he has finished writing to the BBC.
Moreover, he took the opportunity to declare that season 6 will be “the best” of the series, even if he admitted that we always say that for each new season.
If this sixth season should continue the intrigue of the previous one, with Thomas Shelby on the brink of a precipice after his failed assassination attempt on Oswald Mosley, we still know very little. Much of it is likely to take place in Ireland, however. It should also be remembered that a Peaky Blinders film is also in the pipeline and that a video game about the world of the Peaky Blinders is also in preparation.
